Help improve the learning results of children: that’s what we aim for at Snappet. We develop smart software that enables teachers and children to get the best results. On a daily basis our software is used in over 3500 schools across Europe and USA and used by more than 300.000 students. You collaborate with stakeholders on your roadmap, discussing how the needs fit within the current backlog and deciding on the best prioritization for your upcoming sprints. Together with your development team, you’ll write feasible user stories and draw up clear acceptance criteria. During development you work on daily basis with your team and if needed your stakeholders to ensure the perfect fit. You investigate whether the first results of use are in line with expectations and change accordingly. You carefully plan rollout to our real users and of finally take part in celebrating an important innovation successfully delivered!

  • You understand how the product works and you investigate the customer’s experience of the product.
  • You work closely with the scrum master and the development team, you are available for answering questions and giving feedback on the work being done.
  • You identify the underlying need – the question behind the question – of feature requests and convert it into a user story with clear acceptance criteria.
  • You take care of the release and proper functioning of the product for the customers.
  • You see the importance of improvements to the technical architecture and you can weigh that against functional improvements and explain it to stakeholders.
