Snappet is looking for scrum masters. Will you join our team?


Improve the learning results of children: that’s what we do at Snappet. We develop smart software that allows teachers and children to get the best results. Our software is used in more than 3500 schools across Europe and now also in the United States and used by more than 300.000 pupils on a daily basis. We value the continuous improvement of our products to support all these schools and pupils.


As a scrum master, you will be part of our agile development teams. Each team consists of 5 to 8 team members, developing and innovating specific areas of our platform. You will be guiding one or two teams and do whatever it takes to bring the team(s) to a state of high performing. You will be coaching the team(s) and individuals by facilitating Agile ceremonies and practices. You will support the Product Owner and stakeholders to make sure the teams are working on items that give the highest value. You play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement both inside and outside the team. You challenge the teams on mindset, attitude, process and technical improvements to grow to high performing. And you care for our people and play a vital role in their development.


The ideal candidate:

  • At least three years of experience as a Scrum master in a product development organization
  • Experience with / knowledge in Agile principles and practices, such as: TDD, Pair programming, retrospectives, planning & estimation, story mapping, impact mapping
  • Has thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, lean and the ability to identify which is best suited for the team
  • Knowledge of several Agile scaling frameworks/methodologies
  • Working knowledge of implementing agile at various levels of maturity
  • Knows what it takes to support product development teams in reaching their full potential
  • Software development or test engineering experience is an advantage (occasionally contributing hands-on in the team is possible)
